1. Strolling Along Capital Crescent Trail
The Capital Crescent Trail began as a community-based initiative to provide a cutting-edge shared-use route in the center of Marylan's Capital Region. Connecting Bethesda and Silver Spring, it has been in use for more than 20 years and is now one of the most well-liked multipurpose paths in the region.
With beautiful scenery as a backdrop, popular activities on this paved route include walking, jogging, biking, skating, getting all spiffy on your rollerblades, and riding off into the sun toward Georgetown.
The 11-mile path is a magnificent historic rail track that winds through Montgomery County's rural areas on the site of a former railbed. So, while in Bethesda, you should consider visiting here.
