The practice of labyrinth walking integrates the body with the mind and spirit. The Medicine Wheel exist to remind us of our connection to All things "Mitakuye Oyasin" (We are all related). Walking the Medicine Wheel brings us to various positions of the wheel that will assist us on our healing journey as we continue this "Life Walk" in this realm.
