------------------IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION--------------------- Day & Time: Saturday, October 28th @ 2:30pm (CST) Starting Bar: TBA. The starting bar will be determined 1 month prior to the start date for the event! The starting bar will be located between 4th Ave N. and 1st Ave. N. in downtown Nashville. Those that purchase tickets prior to the starting bar being determined will receive a notification text and/or email confirming the name and address of the starting bar. Attire: Halloween costumes! Be sure to also wear comfortable shoes. Walking is minimal, but Nashville's live music has a way of making folks dance! Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Tour guides will be positioned near the entrance of the bar to greet all Crawl-O-Ween participants. Be sure to bring a valid photo ID. Bars will not serve you without one. International guests should bring their passports, as some bars do not accept international driver licenses. TN law is very strict about IDs. Many bars will not accept a temporary paper ID, even if you have your old one on hand. Food: There will not be any opportunities to order food during the pub crawl, so we recommend grabbing a bite to eat prior to the event. Weather: Our tours operate rain or shine. If the weather is bad, we will select a closer cluster of bars. Tips: Our tour guides always appreciate gratuities. Notification Text: If any significant changes are made to the event, all Crawl-O-Ween participants will receive a notification text prior to 9AM on October 28th. **We ask our international guests to please download WhatsApp prior to October 28th just in case we need to notify you of any changes made to the event.
