Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition : Menu: First Course – Garden Salad & Rolls with Butter. Second Course – Fresh soup of the day. Main Course – Dual Entrée Plated Meal featuring: Chicken Versailles, Sirloin (6 oz.) with Béarnaise Sauce, Twice Baked Potatoes and Green Beans.
