TCL Chinese Theatre : Sid Grauman was a showman who loved to entertain. He had this theater constructed in 1927. As you can tell, he took his presentation seriously, creating one of Hollywood’s most extravagant buildings. He even went to the lengths of gaining the government’s approval to import Chinese materials to complete the project. Note: This 2.5-mile-long tour covers the essentials of the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2-3 hours.
