  • If you arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.
  • Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (230 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
  • All passengers must bring a valid photo ID. It could be a Driver’s License or Passport.
  • It's not allowed to bring food or beverages.
  • Not allowed : Smoking, drugs, intoxication of vaping.
  • The person that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight and show ID and credit card.
