This is truly an experience like none other. It is combination of a historical walking tour of the Chicago Riverwalk and Yoga. It is a very non-traditional Yoga experience as we incorporate flows along the walking tour, in picturesque locations with beautiful views. No mats are necessary as we incorporate the surrounding elements of the Riverwalk, ie: benches, steps, and grassy lawns. A Fit Tour is the most unique way to "get your steps in" and actively engage with the surrounding city.

    Chicago Riverwalk : Our entire tour takes place walking along the Riverwalk. We make stops in picturesque locations to go through Yoga flows and meditation exercises in between which our guides will discuss the fascinating history of the City itself, the surrounding architecture( Marina City, the Merchandise Mart, the Jewelers Building and many more!), bridges and the river itself. Learn about and explore one of, if not the most influential elements of Chicago as the sun rises through the skyline and the city comes to life all around us!
