It is a new generation winery in Ejido El Porvenir in Valle de Guadalupe. It arose as a dream of the Pérez Castro Family (owners of La Lomita) to honor the Virgen de los Viñedos. We will taste 2 organic red wines that, due to their originality, make them different from many others. If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our tasting in the vineyard, another of the same level of quality will be selected.

Depending on the season, we will visit either Adobe Guadalupe or Vena Cava wineries, both references in their own right. Adobe Guadalupe features varietals such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Tempranillo, Malbec, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvedre, Syrah and Viognier. Vena Cava is an original winery designed by Architect Alejandro D’acosta (yes, brother of famous winemaker Hugo D´acosta). If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our tasting in the vineyard, another of the same level of quality will be selected.

This will be a lunch to remember. Their menu is based on flavours emanated from the Yumano culture, an ethnic group of Baja California. Chef Guillermo Muñoz integrates herbs, roots, spices, and flowers, that combined with smoked, grilled and toasted, give life to BajaMed fusion cuisine. At Yumano Restaurant you may also enjoy house drinks and mixology (not included) inspired by native ingredients. If for reasons of force majeure we cannot have our lunch in this restaurant, another of the same level of quality will be selected.
