Please refer to the following Pick up location instructions: Port of Hilo Pickup - You will be picked up from terminal 1. Before exiting the building there is a roped off area for Prearranged pick up. Your driver will be waiting for you there. Kailua Pier - You will be picked up from the Pier parking area (typically) near the restrooms.
