Learn Stand-Up Paddle Boarding in Manhattan
Learn everything you need to start Stand Up Paddleboarding from our certified instructors. You'll be introduced to the largest selection of boards in New York City, including all-around, touring, and inflatable SUPs. After a safety briefing, learn how to launch the board into the cove along Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. The cove is protected from the waves and wind of the Hudson River and is a perfect place for beginners. Try sitting, standing, and jumping off of the board safely. Boards, paddles, lifejackets, and facilities are provided!

Get on the Hudson River in Manhattan for stand-up paddle boarding (SUP). Learn how to set up the board, launch, and paddle correctly. Discover essential strokes. Progress from sitting to kneeling to standing. The instructor teaches according to American Canoe Association standards.
