Brian, the leader of the rock ensemble is known for his extremely engaging songwriting skills, vocals, and ability to play bass as well as keyboard.

The musical genius was 19 when the rock group was formed. Later, he indulged in his solo career, and At My Piano stands as his latest album.

Dennis Wilson

Dennis provided the group with the idea to base their band on the youth culture of surfing among others. He was the only member who surfed for real.

Carl is the youngest among the original lineup of the rock ensemble to join the group. He was just 14 years old while recording their first-ever single Surfin.

Alan Jardine

Jardine, the rhythm guitarist is one of the original members. Nevertheless, he left the band before they even signed the agreement with Capitol in 1962.

The next year, Al came back and took his previous position.

Did John Stamos Play With The Beach Boys?

Yes, John Stamos started playing with The Beach Boys in 1985 and continues to do so even today. In July, Stamos performed with the band at the Hollywood Bowl.

For their America's Band Tour, The Beach Boys were present at the amphitheater in Los Angeles on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th of July. On this occasion, John joined them.

John is a multi-talented musician who worked as a mentor on the American Idol 2021 season for Week 2.

Brian is hardly seen in public as he has been fighting with schizoaffective disorder for a long time as per the Guardian. There is a documentary about his iconic life Brian Wilson: Long Promised Road released in 2021.

Unlike Wilson, Mike is in full swing. He posts all about his events, shows, and concerts on his social media handle. Recently, he uploaded a series of pictures of himself performing at Graton Resort & Casino.

Speaking of Al Jardine, he is all set to be on stage at Ridgefield Playhouse on 26 August with his Endless Summer Band. Similarly, they will headline the main stage during the Schaumburg Septemberfest in September.

The middle and youngest of the Wilson clan, Dennis and Carl are not alive. On 28 December 1983, Dennis, aged 39 passed away by drowning.

Then, Carl lost his life in February 1998 after losing the battle with lung cancer. He was just 51 then.

Yes, The Beach Boys are still performing but not at the same intensity as their prime days. Mike Love and Bruce Johnston are touring across the U.S.

Recently, The Beach Boys performed at Silver Legacy Casino, in Reno, Nevada on the 8th of July. Prior to that, they enthralled the audience at Rohnert Park and Saratoga in California.
