Niall James Horan

Niall is an Irish singer and songwriter. He rose to stardom as a member of the boy band One Direction.

Following the band's hiatus in 2016, Horan continued his conquest by signing record deals as a solo artist for Capitol Records. He released his debut solo album Flicker in 2017, which debuted at the top of the charts in the US and Ireland.

Subsequently, he released his sophomore album Heartbreak Weather in 2020 and his most upcoming album The Show is due for release in June 2023. The single Heaven preceded the album.

Liam James Payne

Liam debuted his career when he auditioned for The X Factor in 2008. He was discarded in the finals by Simon Cowell claiming he was too young.

He auditioned again in 2010 forming a group with four other contestants which is currently known as One Direction.

Although his talent in music was evident since an early age, the singer dreamt of becoming a professional athlete and trained regularly at Wolverhampton and Bilston Athletics Club. 

Harry Edward Styles

Harry is perhaps the most successful solo act to come out of the group. He recently won a Grammy for Album of the Yeary with Harry's House.

Following the indefinite hiatus of the group, the singer released his self-titled debut studio album Harry Styles in 2017, which debuted at the top spot in US and UK charts.

Louis William Tomlinson

Before rising to fame, Louis appeared in small appearances in several TV shows including Fat Friends, If I Had You, and Waterloo Road.

After being kicked out of a band when he was 14, Loius decided to compete in The X Factor in 2009, but he failed to move past the audition.

Being rejected again, the singer was determined more than ever to make a dramatic appearance the following year and the rest is history.

Zain Javadd Malik

Known by the stage name Zayn Malik, the singer was also a member of the band until he decided to call it quits in March 2015.

Zayn auditioned as a solo contestant in 2010 The X Factor, before eventually being eliminated and brought back to form a 5-piece pop band.

The singer parted ways with the band due to an internal dispute; he would later criticize the band's music as per Billboard.

Will there be a One Direction Band Tour in 2023? No, the band hasn't announced any tours officially.

Shortly after the departure of Malik, the band went on a prolonged hiatus in 2016.

In an exclusive interview with Rolling Stones, the Grammy Award winner Harry revealed the reason behind the boy band break, stating: "We all thought too much of the group to let that happen.”

While every member pursued their own solo careers, Harry didn't rule out the possibility of a reunion. He said:

I love the band and would never rule out anything in the future. The band changed my life, gave me everything

As of now, the members are occupied by tours promoting their respective solo albums. Loius is planning on the Asia tour this month where he's gonna be performing in various South East Asian countries.

Styles is embarking upon Europe touring Denmark, Germany, and the UK in his Love On Tour, for the promotion of his second and third studio albums.
