Hybrid Theory is Linkin Park debut studio album. It was released on October 24, 2000, under the label Warner Bros. Record.
Four singles were released from the record, namely One Step Closer, In the End, Crawling, and Papercut which launched the rock band into mainstream popularity.
Although all four songs were very successful, In the End, earned much acclaim from the critics. It is still the band's most streamed track on Spotify raking in over 1.5 billion listeners.

The band addressed that the new album is a drastic shift from their old creations claiming that they tested it with fresh and different audio.
