WCAR was formed in 2005 and has undergone numerous changes. The band has changed its name once and shuffled the lineup multiple times.

Andy Glass - Bass

Bass guitarist Andrew Glass has been a member of WCAR since 2006. He is backing vocals and one of the oldest band members.

Andrew was born in 1989; he is currently 34 years old. Andy started playing bass guitar in school when he found legendary bass player Geddy Lee.

The musician's father helped him to pursue his dream when his father gifted him a guitar for Christmas.

Joshua Moore - Lyricist/Lead Guitarist

Lyricist and lead guitarist Joshua Moore is the founding member of WCAR. He has been with We Came As Romans since 2005.

Moore was still in high school in Detroit when he decided to have a career in music. Joshua and other founding musicians were vital in grabbing the contract with Equal Vision Records.

After that, WCAR has had several albums released and done worldwide tours.

Dave Stephens - Vocalist

Vocalist Dave was among the five high school friends who formed WCAR in 2005. It was named The Emergency during that time.

Dave was not the lead vocalist initially; Chris Moore sang two major songs, Mouth to Mouth and Colours, that became successful.

After the death of co-vocalist Kyle Pavone, Dave had a hard time performing on the stage. He was deeply connected with Kyle, as he told Heart Support - Mental Health Community that he began drinking and partying to fill the gap in his life.

Stephens is married to an entrepreneur Marcella Tabares Stephens. He is the godfather of his sister's child.

David Puckett - Drummer

Drummer David Puckett worked for the band 'For Today' till 2017. After Kyle Pavone died in 2018, David joined WCAR.

David started drumming as he turned 7 years old - and began touring in 2008 when he was 18. In 2012, the drummer started working with the metalcore band 'For Today.'

He inspires the drumming community through his organization Music Mentors Online. David is the CEO of an online platform that connects amateur musicians.

Lou Cotton - Rhythm Guitarist

Rhythm guitarist Lou Cotton joined WCAR in 2006. Lou was born in 1989, and he is currently 39 years old.

He is married to Paris Cotton and has one daughter. Paris operates the Kyle Pavone foundation, which works for the education and awareness of addiction sufferers and their families.

To Move is To Grow is one of the band's most successful songs. The song from WCAR's debut album, To Plant a Seed, reached No. 175 on the Billboard Hot 200 charts. It also reached No. 6 on the Top Heatseekers chart.

We Came As Romans Tours and Concerts in 2023 start on May 11 and end on July 15. The band will be touring 12 countries and 20 cities worldwide.

In the past, the band has toured with music groups such as Bullet For My Valentine, Megadeth, Winds of Plague, and more.

WCAR will have a solo music tour called Darkbloom EU/UK Tour and concerts. The event will happen from May 11 - June 1.
