1. Full Windsor Knot
The Full Windsor knot is a large, symmetrical, triangular-shaped knot. It is one of the most comfortable knots, as the back loops have a space between the necktie and collarline.
It can be a bit bulkier than other knots, so it works well with shirts that have wide-spread collars and thicker ties.
How To Tie Full Windsor Knot:
- Cross the wide part of the tie over the narrow part near the collar.
- Cross the wide part behind the narrow part so that the backside of the tie is facing out.
- Bring the wide end over to the left side.
- Pull it through the opening of the tie so that it lays out to the right side.
- Cross the wide part over the left side with the correct part facing out.
- Pull the wide end up through the opening at the neck.
- Pull the tie down through the loop in front of the knot.
- Hold the narrow end and pull the knot upwards.
